What this program is
WildElm Demo Dental Clinic is a fictional clinic operated by Wild Elm, Inc. to demonstrate our patient-messaging platform. It is a demonstration environment, not a medical practice: no real patients are contacted, no medical services are offered, and no health information is collected or transmitted.
Messages we send
The program sends appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates for simulated appointments, from the toll-free number +1 (833) 856-8525. Message frequency varies with demo activity — typically 1 to 5 messages per demonstration. Message and data rates may apply.
How you opt in
Participation is limited to Wild Elm staff and invited demo participants. You opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive demo messages during a guided demonstration. Consent is never a condition of any purchase, and the general public is never messaged.
How you opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts immediately. Reply HELP for assistance, or email helio@wildelm.io.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Verbal consent script
Consent is collected verbally at the start of each guided demonstration, before any number is entered into the system. The demonstration host reads the following script:
“Wild Elm would like to send you sample text messages from WildElm Demo Dental Clinic — our demonstration environment — at the mobile number you provide, so you can experience the appointment confirmations and reminders our platform sends. Message frequency varies, typically 1 to 5 messages per demonstration. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for assistance. Do you agree to receive these messages at the number you provided?”
The participant answers affirmatively (e.g. “Yes, I agree”) and provides or confirms their mobile number. The host records the participant’s name, mobile number, the date and time, and the affirmative response in the demonstration session log retained by Wild Elm, Inc. Participants who decline are not messaged. After consenting, a participant can still opt out at any time by replying STOP, replying HELP, or emailing helio@wildelm.io.
